We offer a 14 days return policy. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all the tags and labels still attached. Customers are responsible for the return shipping. In the event that the item you received is damaged, please take a photo of the damaged within 48 hours before contacting us. Once your return item has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. It may take 2-3 days for the return in-take process to complete.
All refunds issued will be credited back to the original credit card used in the purchase. No exception will be made for refund to another credit or other accounts. If for any reason, the original credit card used in the purchase is unable to accept a credit back, a store credit will be issued. If the item returned has been used upon inspection, we reserved the right to refuse acceptance of the return or issue a partial refund. If the item is defective, a full refund will be issued. Please see the return policy for damaged of defective items.
We only use genuine vegetable tanned leather in our bags design. Vegetable tanned leather will soften and aged beautifully giving the leather a unique feel.
Waxed Canvas will eventually lose its shape / firmness over time from use. This is natural as the wax coating wears out. Rest assure that you bags are still great condition as the 12oz/ sq yd canvas material is very durable
Your order will be processed within 24hrs – 48hrs after we received your order in our system. It will take between 3 to 6 business days after processing to arrive. If you needed expedited shipping please contact us first before placing your order. Expedited shipping will cost extra.
